Broker's License 1991 25+ Years Real Estate KarLore LLC

Hannelore (Lore) Hoffman has resided in Nevada since 1969 and has built a career in real estate spanning more than 25 years. Since receiving her Broker's license in 1991, she has made her mark on the real estate scene of Northern Nevada.

In 1998 she formed Lorepilz, LLC — a Nevada commercial property development company she ran until 2014 — and soon thereafter became the largest single stockholder in Evaporative Control Systems (now RESI), a green company dedicated to conserving water through an exclusive patented water-management system, the EPIC system, covering subsurface irrigation and drainage.

From Tierra Del Sol to Sonoma Highlands, Lore has been the driving force behind developments spanning thousands of lots and tens of millions of dollars in value.

She has been the driving force behind many successful projects, including Tierra Del Sol — a fifty-seven-acre development consisting of twenty-five acres of commercial property and 115 residential lots, which sold in 2004 for a total of $6.5 million. In 2002 she created Wild Stallion Estates, which sold for $10.3 million to Locate Homes. Another development, La Hacienda — now called Sonoma Highlands — is a 2,300-lot subdivision that has already been pre-sold for $45 million.

In 2004 she formed two further companies, El Grande, LLC and Highlander Park, LLC, purchasing 70 acres then zoned for agriculture, and formed and managed some 40 different LLCs pertaining to these projects. Once dedicated to general commercial use, the land carried an approximate value of $9 million — with off-site improvements offering a potential of $18 million within three to four years.

Following the dissolution of Lorepilz, she formed another real estate company in 2014, Biggest Little Realty in Reno, Nevada, handling short sales and other real estate transactions. From 2016 to the present, she has formed three further LLCs and KarLore LLC, where she serves as Compliance Manager and Document Coordinator in Florida, focusing on various commodities including mining and precious gemstones, fuel, agriculture, and real estate.
