Farming as if 2050 is already watching.

Sustainability isn't an appendix to the strategy — it is the strategy. Every operating decision is filtered through one test: does it strengthen the system that will still need to feed this region a generation from now?

42%
Less water used per tonne of crop than in 2020, across every farm we run.

SOIL & WATER

Regenerative agriculture

No-till rotation, cover cropping, and precision irrigation are now standard practice on every farm we operate, not a pilot programme.

CLIMATE

Resilient varieties

Drought-tolerant seed stock and climate-smart rice programmes are live in Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire, with rollout to other markets underway.

PEOPLE

Community prosperity

Schools, clinics, and vocational training are co-funded directly with the farms and communities that host our operations.

Audited the same way as our financials.

Our sustainability pledges are reported annually alongside group financial results, in the same document and to the same standard of scrutiny. "Roots & Reach," our 2025 annual report, includes full progress against every 2030 target.
