Uche A.T. Nwaiwu is an entrepreneur and business developer with robust interests across the agriculture, real estate, and asset-finance segments of the Nigerian economy.

Uche is the founder of Dot-Zero, driven by a profound interest in environmental sustainability and ecosystem-support innovations. He is also the founder of Pocketfarm Limited, a former director of Zaad Selections, and was at one time a principal partner at Dabby & Tee Limited. Prior to his sojourn in the agribusiness space, he began his career with the real estate firm Ashdene Associates Group.

A career built at the meeting point of agriculture, real estate, and asset finance — on both sides of the Nigeria–United Kingdom corridor.

Uche has a vast knowledge of emerging-company development in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, and has consistently supported new businesses to leverage opportunities while strategically guiding them past the challenges on their paths to success. He brings this depth of understanding to the board of PAMS Group as it continues into an imperative new phase of growth.

Uche Anthony Temple Nwaiwu obtained his B.Sc. [education details to be completed].
